Background
The beauty of public transportation is its efficiency and connectiveness. Without public transportation, those without private vehicles or other means of transport will not be able to reach their destination easily.
Involvement
I took initiative to work on the design and modeling of the Kiosk. The design was driven to imitate people's movement through public space and transportation, and to help users to fully immerse in their experience, I created a full size model to test the design and interface.
Research
Conclusion
As a designer specializing in physical models to create immersive experiences, this project offered a unique opportunity to expand my skills in user-centered research and interviews. I learned how to conduct research focused on user experience, which led to designing a product users fully engaged with both our product and the new UI for the screen.
I thoroughly enjoyed interviewing team members and contributing to the creation of interactive, immersive experiences. The process of designing and refining the UI was invaluable and provided me with priceless insights.
